For the past 10 years I have been following a deeply inspiring path into holistic health and wellness, which is guided by my love for the healing arts and the endless opportunities for expansion it offers to all of us! I feel honored to offer this work and to share it with the world. I truly believe in the ripple effect of self-healing and that the (compassionate) work we do on a personal level is beautifully reflected and felt outside of us. We as individuals have the ability to positively affect the world by positively changing our inner world. My healing work is a balanced blend of applied knowledge and intuition. Hi, I’m Soizic (Swa-zeek), a Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced trainings in deep tissue modalities, Gua Sha, Acupressure, Reiki, Cupping Therapy, passive and active stretching and Ashiatsu.
At an early age I was blessed to be gifted a strong sense of the mind-body connection. My mentors were my mom, Isabelle, our family garden, and my horses. What evolved was an understanding of ecology as the interconnection between our ancestors, our emotions, our bodies and nature. This awareness motivated me to develop a wide variety of skill sets in nature connection, wild foraging, Montessori education, edible and ecological landscape design, and bodywork.
In 2010, my initial introduction to bodywork was through resistance stretching, as inspired by Bob Cooley. Simultaneously, I became entranced by the five element system of Chinese Medicine. Recognizing that deep intentional movement led to physical as well as emotional and spiritual releases captivated me. I eventually chose to attend a massage school with a strong foundation in Chinese medicine and qigong, the Crestone Healing Arts Center. Massage and the healing arts feed my passion for supporting a greater ecological balance which I am looking forward to sharing with you.

Hi, I'm Kristin! Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training in Prenatal massage, Oncology massage, Cupping therapy.
Prior to becoming licensed in massage therapy, I earned my Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center, concentrating in Maternal and Child Health and spent several years working in sexual and reproductive healthcare and education in Austin, Texas.
I've been practicing massage for 9 years and I love providing a safe space that’s not only deeply relaxing but also therapeutic while helping clients achieve pain relief, structural balance and a greater range of motion. In each session, I use integrated massage techniques, combining multiple modalities to support holistic healing. With advanced training in perinatal, prenatal and postpartum massage, I especially love supporting women - both physically and emotionally - during these important phases. I also have advanced training in Oncology massage to support those in our community living with cancer. I am a certified Reiki Master and have training in Advance Energy Medicine and Somatic Experiencing. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, I teach intuition online and at wellness retreats and festivals around the world. I am an advocate for holistic healthcare that heals the root cause of dis-ease and I practice a variety of healing methods. I employ whichever ones appear most useful and effective for the client to create true holistic healing. I spend much of my time in spiritual practice and when i'm not with clients I am either tending to a local Hindu Temple in the Blue Ridge Mountains or formulating herbal body products using Ayurvedic Herbalism for everyday care.
I follow the Shukla Bhadra Sampradaya lineage, teaching yoga and practicing Ayurveda handed down to me by Swami Gananathamirthananda Giri. I am devoted to studying Ayurvedic Bodywork, Raja Yoga and Reiki Japanese Healing Method.
