What to expect: gentle placing of the hands on and off the body, over clothes or sheets; Deep relaxation and even dream-like states are common. Emotional Releases are common which may look like temperature fluctuations, sudden crying, laughing, anger, joy etc. It is common for Reiki to cause heightened awareness and sensitivity to external stimuli so we recommend taking it easy and avoiding stressful environments after your appointment, if possible.

One-on-one Hatha Yoga Therapy is for all levels. Privately guided yoga allows for deeper connection, greater understanding and more flexibility to cater each session to individual needs and goals. 1:1 Hatha Yoga focuses on longer poses, breath, body, mind and spirit for a deeply restorative experience. Fostering your own yoga practice can improve physical and mental health in many ways while creating a greater sense of calm and resilience. Yoga is a great way to improve strength, balance and flexibility and to practice staying centered and grounded throughout busy and stressful times.
What to expect: After discussing with your yoga therapist what your goals are, they will gently guide you through a 60 - 90 minute class, breathwork and meditation will be weaved into your practice. Yoga mats and other materials will be provided.
