What to expect: Please arrive hydrated! It is possible to have "cup kisses" for 1-15 days after receiving a static cupping treatment, this is painless and normal. AVOID cupping therapy if immunocompromised, pregnant or on blood thinners.

Fostering your own yoga practice can improve physical and mental health in many ways while creating a greater sense of calm and resilience. Yoga is a great way to improve strength, balance and flexibility and to practice staying centered and grounded throughout busy and stressful times.
What to expect: After discussing with your yoga therapist what your goals are, they will gently guide you through a 60 - 90 minute class, breathwork and meditation will be weaved into your practice. Yoga mats and other materials will be provided.
