Hydration is the most important thing you can do before a massage, limit caffeine & come ready to relax!

Deep Tissue is a relative term. Therapeutic Massage should never cross your pain / discomfort threshold, if you can't relax and breathe through the pressure it is too deep. We will only go as deep as your muscles allow, anything more is counterproductive. Deeper pressure does not always mean more effective. We are extensively trained in Deep Tissue & Sports Massage and hold this truth in high regard. Always let your therapist know if something is uncomfortable or doesn't feel good for you. Your comfort & wellness is always our top priority.

We are located at the corner of Faulconer Drive and Old Ivy Road in the Madison Park Buildings.  After you turn into the parking lot, we are the building on your right.  When you are facing our building we are in on the right in the bottom suite (1-B)

Yes, convenient and unlimited parking.

There are a few stairs leading to our front entrance. Our back entrance is handicap accessible, please let us know when you book your appointment that you need handicap assistance so that we can be there to help and allow you through the back entrance.
